Accommodation - Lake Seminole’s Finest Waterfront Home

The lake house was perfect and we had a great time fishing with Capt Paul. Couldn’t ask for a nicer or cleaner place to vacation. We love Clarence the cat!

This is a wonderful place to stay with a great owner and operator. They were attentive to all our questions and provided great advice on local places to eat and fish. The house is very well kept and is even nicer than the photos. This will be the first place we look to book when we come back to the lake!

Wonderful weekend getaway! The house was not only adorable but it was beautifully decorated and well equipped! Very clean and comfortable! We loved the dock and screened in porch! The fire pit was perfect for watching the sunset and hanging out too late…lol! We will miss the Georgia sunrise and Clarence the cat the most! We will definitely be back!

I stayed at Sam's "Lake Seminole's Finest Waterfront Home" for three nights with my wife and another couple end of June. The house and its many amenities far exceeded our expectations. It was clean and homey with all the modern touches you would hope for, including a covered dock with good lighting and electric to charge your boat batteries, kayaks, fire pit, screened porch, games, washer/dryer, etc. We enjoyed comfortable beds and furnishings, and the kitchen had all we needed to fix meals on the property. Sam was very helpful and informative with information on where to shop, eat out, and even where to fish. He set my friend and me up with a great fishing guide, Paul. Although it was 103 degrees and the fish were not biting, Paul took the time to show us how to navigate the lake and where to fish when the weather was better. The property has great lake access and offers all that a fisherman would want and need. And I can see how it would be a fantastic place for folks to bring their kids for a fun vacation. I couldn't be happier with the place, and I have already starting booking my next stay with Sam. I highly recommend Lake Seminole Rentals and its owner, Sam Merkin.
